When Epstein refers to Bannon's boss Mercer, he is referring to the head of Renaissance Technologies who ran an automatic algorithmic trading system on wall street. They never lost. They were Trump's major briber in 2016.

Epstein and Bannon are connected via Trump and Mercer / Simmons (his buisness partner). Then you have billdawg and hillary-disgust with Laufer (another Rentech executive) who lived across the street from Trump's NYC Hotel.
