How do i get a legal thc drink at whatever wholesale price the vendors pay that makes it profitable to sell to me (hexbear.net)

Do i need to buy like so much of it? Do i need to have a company or some sort of license? Can I just lie my way into appearing to be a vendor but just buy bulk for personal use? Do i even need to lie? Can i just be like "give me a thousand cans of the dank shit"

These 30mg thc drinks are basically medicine in a can for me like my sleep hasn't been perfect but it's been so much better. I think if I could pay whatever rate the vendors do that makes it profitable to re sell to me at $5 a can then i could finally not spend a shitload of my income trying to chase a high to help me sleep (and instead spend a more modest but still expensive portion of my income actually sleeping).

Another alternative would be to look for a tincture, and either just put that under your tongue or mix it into whatever drink you like. I just started using the tincture for insomnia and it's been a gamechanger, so much more convenient than having to smoke at night and it kicks in pretty smoothly and lasts a longer time than smoking.

A tincture wouldn't skirt legality from the farm bill at a concentration worth using

Why not? It could still be made with delta9... The one I got was just thc and MCT oil, 30mg/ml. That's in Canada but I don't see why they couldn't do the same thing with 'legal' thc.

how is a tincture supposed to be concentrated if it's also supposed to be 0.3% thc by dry weight

I don't know what this means. The concentration is 30mg/ml... So in a 30ml bottle you have the equivalent of almost a full gram of THC. At $30-40 per bottle that's a way better price than most edibles. I don't know what you're asking but 30mg of THC is not the size of your thumb.

but 30mg of THC is not the size of your thumb.

30mg of thc in a gummy made so that thc is 0.3% by dry weight and thus LEGAL in states where it is still ILLEGAL makes the gummy large

Well I didn't know that about the farm bill, but at 30mg/ml that's a 3% solution by mass, so the most you could do is 3mg/ml but that would still be a reasonable concentration for a tincture. You'd just have to take 5-10ml instead of 0.5-1ml or whatever. Regardless that sucks if it's not available, but adding a 10ml eyedropper to any drink would still probably be better than paying for the full premade drink.

Edit* I did a quick search and there are sites selling 1g delta8,9 and 10 tinctures so idk if it's legal or not but they do exist on the clear web.
