There's a ton of info about the dangers of blue light in your eyes. Blue light can literally polymerize your eyes clear stuff. When you Cook eggs and the whites turn white, that heat induced polymerization.
Similarly, LED light doesn't provide full spectrum require mitochondrial function. So you age, have trouble sleeping, staying awake and low energy....
Could this be the cause of the decline in human birthrate?
