Hell yeah, I remember seeing these things. The curved bench seems a little anti-homeless, but the shelter providing good wind protection probably makes up for it.

on most days that has more to do with the timetable than the facilities but they're nice when you need them

absolutely but it doesn't hurt that when you're stuck waiting on a delay you're in a genuine shelter, one wall short of being a building
