being behind an unmarked cop car going 70mph (15 mph over the speed limit! criminal!!) the entire way home should get me out of this speeding ticket AND an apology from the state (hexbear.net)

Unless you're in Pittsburgh lmao. If you don't speed, you're not matching the flow of traffic and are a hazard. S2g there's toads here that have a posted speed limit of 35 mph but everyone goes like 60, cops included.
