I wouldn't grace any of the shite that Oracle makes with the term "technology," except for its database, and it's old and for many years had quality issues so severe that it nearly crashed the firm. Everything else Oracle makes is bloated crap (e.g., its ERP software) or piss-poor me-too variants of Linux distros, cloud platforms, etc. And they managed to make Java even worse, which must have taken some doing.
