Nah, I don't think he has that level of understanding of social dynamics. He likes it when people give him things or tell him how great he is. He doesn't like anyone who doesn't do that all the time. That's why he and Musk weren't friends for very long. There can't be two greatest humans who ever lived in the same room.

Nah i explicitly remember him laughing his ass off when the NATO general secretary was kissing his ass. He likes it but does not respect them at all.
