Ok how am I supposed to read this? No I will not look it up. The base of the pyramid is the foundation and what you should be consuming most of. So is the base still at the bottom (whole grains) or is the base the widest part (vegetables and protein)? Why not just rearrange the register pyramid? To say nothing else, horrendous messaging.
