An apartment complex under construction in Denver had a mysterious fire which sparked a massive response. No injuries or deaths. Seemingly every billboard around Denver is advertising a personal injury law firm so sometimes they line up great in a shot.

Is it a western US thing to have every billboard be an injury attorney ad?

I definitely noticed a similar saturation of them in San Diego and Los Angeles.
