After the U.S. bombed Venezuela in the middle of the night and abducted its president, Nicolas Maduro, President Donald Trump warned that more attacks could be on the way in the region.

Trump hinted at a future conflict with Mexico in particular in an interview with Fox News Saturday morning.

She’s not running Mexico

This is the stupidest trope being driven by the Right everywhere, including our own opposition. She has been doing wonderful things for the country.

I'm just incredibly sad that the moment we actually get a competent president, one who acts on behalf of the people, one with a relevant college education, and the first woman in history to be our president, we won't get the chance to really savor the moment and see her actions through to some permanent change. Everything was going so well, man. I'm growing very resentful of Trump for this. It feels like we're getting our wings clipped fast.

As always with Trump, every accusation is also a confession.

What country are you talking from? Mexico? Are you delusional? Shitbaum is looting our money right now, every politician from right and "left" is doing it.

I don't agree with the US invading Mexico or the public right in the our country, but that's like saying Maduro was not a dictator either.

Both things can be true, and going for nationalism in times of crisis it not the answer when our government it still corrupt just with another party in power

  1. Prove that Sheinbaum is "looting"

  2. That's not nationalism, broski

  3. Stop assuming things

You are blinding yourself, she is connected to all the guachicol fiscal fiasco. She is the supreme commander of the Mexican army, the same one that is doing the looting.

She's another Maduro in the works, but at least here they try to perform democracy for now.

Good luck I hope you wake up soon.

[–] Lemminary@lemmy.world 1 points 4 days ago (1 children)

That's not a credible source, that's hearsay. You're gonna need a lot more than "trust me bro" to convince me.

[–] sakuraba@lemmy.ml 1 points 4 days ago (1 children)

What is credible do you? Do you really think any traditional media would report that? This country is one of the worst places to be a journalist.

The people in the military that could say anything were murdered on that same week the news about guachicol fiscal came out.

As I said, good luck.

[–] Lemminary@lemmy.world 0 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Well, shoot your shot and I'll tell you if it's credible enough. That'll also give us a good idea of what kind of media you consume and what makes you say that.

Because it's true that marines (not military) were killed, and that was reported all over the news. But your linking back to Sheinbaum doesn't seem to hold any water. How come?

Or are you just going to come shit on the table and call it a day?

[–] sakuraba@lemmy.ml 1 points 3 days ago (1 children)

Nah you are already trying to put me into a far-right box, assuming I'm panista or some shit

There is nothing to shoot, only journalists and protesters

[–] Lemminary@lemmy.world 0 points 3 days ago

I mean, if the shoe fits and you refuse to change people's minds by doing the work...

There is nothing to shoot, only journalists and protesters

Have protesters been shot by the State or this another hidden story being buried in mysterious ways?
