I'm 90% sure that this photo of Maduro is fake. I think the first real photo we saw of Maduro in captivity is the photo that Trump posted. Maduro was wearing a Nike jumpsuit.
Maduro just landed in New York. The feds seem to be hiding Maduro from the press.
The meme is still reasonable, just the photo I think is not real.
