I don't really see this as pro-USA, it shows that despite massive wealth and the largest per capita healthcare spending in the world, they are barely ahead of the victims of imperialism in terms of health outcomes. They are also such a propagandized population that they suffered from the effects of COVID much more than the rest of the world.
