I bring bad news: it's badly mistranslated. https://www.linfamy.com/p/this-popular-cat-loving-letter-from
I don't know about "bad news". The second translation is equally nice, and accuracy is generally preferred. That's all good to me!
The translation from that page:
I was wondering what kind of cat was taller than it was long.
Ah btw, milk is not good for cats. They are lactose intolerant.
Tell me about it. Everytime my Orange gets even a smell of it he gets the worst gas. We had to stop eating ice cream at home because of his insane drive to eat all the ice cream in the world.
And BTW, if it ain't orange, it ain't the best cat.
That irked me, too. Not just the milk part, but the gruel part. Cereals are not a proper diet for a carnivore.
Happen they didn’t know that 1100 years ago 😂.
I'm guessing the cat had access to the palace grounds to hunt. There's no way it would have survived on milk and grain for five years.
Still get a tummy ache.
Hits nearly as hard imo.
I dunno. It's not a screenshot of a couple of nested tweets, so I'm not sure if I should trust it.
Hey it got his dimensions right, I was imagining a short cat with a really high amd bent back
This was great news! I learned something new! Thank you ^^
