Hate to say it but that area of Memphis has been poisoned as fuck for a long time. I know people who work in SW Memphis and they try to spend as little time outside as possible.

I would imagine the land is cheapest there. Not sure what he gains building it that close to Memphis though, maybe the utilities can't support it further out?

IIRC this one is being powered by portable methane generators, but maybe water access is an issue
