Cubans are one of the 19 nationalities that have been removed from eligibility for citizenship. That entire expat community is legally on par with Somalia now and it's only a matter of time before their Floridian diaspora is being raided like Minneapolis is now.

AFAIK most of the Cuban diaspora in the US is not made up of gusanos, but of economic migrants, so I'm sure this will (as usual) largely target poor people who are just trying to live their lives.
