I'm not ever going to sit here and tell you to eat something when I'm not 100% sure on the identity, but that certainly looks like one of many common edible weeds that are related to lettuce. They don't taste very good though

Haha I wasn't planning on eating unless I was super sure, but this is exactly what I expected: people eat but it's not great, so it's not famous lol
