How in the fuck are the Lib Dems managing to not gain even a SINGLE ONE of Labour's 400 projected lost seats, wtf are they doing. Isn't their whole thing to be Labour but more centrist?

It's all over immigration. There was a poll recently that showed that the Brits are even worse than the Americans on this, like the vast, vast majority want stricter immigration, thus reform gets all the votes.

Is there any good analysis as to how it got this way? Like obviously newspapers etc. but as someone not plugged in how did it get so bad so fast?
