Hey, I bet someone could replace the Cheeto with an orange cat in a tiny little suit. Give him one of those podium scratch posts. The orange cat would be smarter, more eloquent, more photogenic, and do a better job. Public money might be spent on cat toys and fancy cat food, but that's better than what some humans in power manage to buy with it.
