Meh, I saw the first one and it bored me. I saw the second one and it bored me so much that I stopped half way. I really could never get what people find so great about this franchise.
yeah like you I guess I'm one of the few people that just can't get into them. I'm not saying they're bad movies, I'm sure they're good. The first one didn't interest me and I didn't bother with the second. I guess I just couldn't see what everyone else sees in them.
I didn't watch the second one. The first one was real pretty, but I couldn't get over how transparently the story was just copying Pocahontas.
Most art is inspired by other art but most good artists have the presence of mind to at least obfuscate it a little bit.
