If you look at the city of Tehran, right now, they are talking of evacuating a city of 15 million souls because - no more water.

If reports are true, much of the us southwest is only a fee years and one bad rain season away from the same fate.

Allowing these monstrosities to consume all your potable water just seems like madness.

The fact that these even consume water is madness. Like running coolant to a radiator is just a few dollars too much electricity for these bean counters.

Raining isn't same as managing.

Rainfall is not going to do anything for the people if the water ends up in the ocean. It needs to be saved and seeped into the ground.
