A school system designed to prepare the proletariat for 8 hours of mind numbing assembly line labor per day that mainly emphasizes sitting still and following directions combined with a culture of increasingly intrusive screens, overparenting, reduced unsupervised socialization opportunities, and generally low childhood autonomy is producing children that have apparent difficulties with self-regulation?
