shout out to the time (in 2021) the UN sent a rapporteur to Venezuela to see if the sanctions are killing people and they said "the sanctions are killing people" (www.cnn.com)

Actually this is at least the second time they did this because I was looking it up to find the name of the guy they sent the other time because he was some Harvard educated guy and still told the truth (that the sanctions are what's killing Venezuelans). That was in like 2015 or 2016

Always been the point to cause suffering so you can point at the enemy government and blame them and promise to stop the suffering if you give In to all their demands.
