It's a brazillian company? In Brazil, big companies need to report statistics on average and medium salaries for employees segregated by autodeclared gender and race and if the government finds racial and gender inequalities can fine and intervene on them.

In my last job, as a BI analyst I had to do that calculation, but couldn't trick HR to send me the base with the real values. They send me a mock file to write the python script with it, and then ran it private with the real data.

But I'd work from Argentina for the argentinian branch

You may not know but Argentina will soon be annexed. It's inevitable.

I'd happily fully agree to that annexation only on the condition they kill every single of our present and past politicians down to the small hamlet pseudo municipality level

We will do but the governor of the new Argentina state will be a dog with Milei spirit

That would be an absolute improvement but it would be better than the average brazilian governor, so to really integrate the two countries I don't want preferential treatment

A fighting to the death between Buenos Aires and Brasilia politicians sicko-wistful

So far I'm not sure, but maybe they also need to report on international employees to prevent discriminatory practices of brazillian companies outside.
