Russia’s first humanoid AI robot fell over seconds into its official unveiling, with staff hurriedly struggling to pull a curtain across the stage to hide the fallen machine.

On a software platform demo, the our presenter (VP of snakeoil or something like that) started rambling and just talking for no reason for 10-15 min. Then I checked the team chat and they was a message like "back end is down, do not click on anything. Just talk until we figure it out".
