why is the last floor darker, is this cia-rented floor?
I know this is a joke post but... those floors are usually mechanical floors where equipment is mounted and instead of windows they have a steel corrugated mesh covered by louvers to allow air to flow through them to cool the machines.
How does the CIA fit in there?
edit: I performed a thorough review of the technical drawing and didn't see any instance of the term "flying buttress" and I don't know what a louver is so I'm at a complete loss.
