I find it so weird. Trump has plenty of personality or physical traits that are fully his to blame and make fun of, but sure, let's shame all seniors who lose control of their bowels, or who don't realize they have to go to the bathroom before it's too late because of dementia or what have you.
Its liberals preparing ideologically the way for fascism. Bad health conditions are explicitly linked to morally "wrongness", so if he had good health he would be morally "righteous". Eugenics will be the gospel in future america, which will expunge the millions of americans "diseased".
Get with the times, it is totally fine to make fun of people if they are fat or old. But seriously, even people that claim to not be a bigot have serious internalized hatred against these groups.
Let's not forget that misogyny is totally fine if the woman is a fascist. No problems there.
