Caught up on “From”. Been hate-watching it. Total “Lost” rip-off. It even stars one of the original Lost cast members. I’ve fast forwarded through a lot of it as it’s got a lot of talky nonsense filler. If it had been edited better it might be two seasons instead of three. I doubt that I will watch season 4, and honestly they should just wrap it up already.
I watched about four episodes of the first season but this line from the Red Letter Media guys about it feeling worringly similar to Lost put me off. I just felt like there was too much risk of it either a) getting cancelled or b) meandering its way to a really poorly written conclusion because viewers guessed the big twist in the first season.
I couldn't get through the first episode. I wanted to like it...
It's also got writers and showrunners(?) From lost as well. Supposedly they have a show bible so they aren't winging like with Lost (and apparently Harold wouldn't sign on for the show if they didn't have a proper outline.)
Having said all that, I am also hate watching it at this point. We've gotten some answers, but not enough.
