Yeah, probably so he can start a similar company and get his piece of the pie.

Yeah, the original Trigun is very good despite the "over acting" animation style.
Yes, but your original comment is acting like not having open carry is the reason why shootings are less in Europe when its the tighter gun laws in general that prevents shooting incidents.
That has less (or nothing) to do with open carry and more to do with tighter gun laws in general.
I still have to take a second to actually process the analog time (at least for minutes)
-
Analog clocks are not "common" out in the world. Not where these kids are.

people with an interest in watches are a small percentage of people with watches. And most are "boomers" who don't actually have an interest in watches beyond as a status symbol.
Probably planning on sending the ~~gestapo~~ ICE in force.
Apocalypse Z: The Beginning of the End
Not a bad movie at all, but one thing that has stuck with me as really stupid is MC is on a dirtbike with his cat in a carrier on the tail of the bike.
He then proceeds to go off road and is whipping the bike around on the trail. You can see the carrier itself heavily bouncing around even on the straightaways - if a cat was actually in it, the cat would be dead.
I give it a 7.5 out of 10.
Needed a bit bigger budget as there is a distinct lack of zombies where you would expect a bunch and theres a few different dumb story beats (mostly in the 2nd half of the movie) that should have been easily fixable /avoidable.
I would imagine so - smell alone probably gives them a pretty accurate idea, but people also pet differently (probably not as uniquely as a fingerprint but differently enough)
Some people are heavy petters some light, some only pet in one direction, some only pet certain areas (head only, flank only, etc.) And so on.
That was what I meant about dinner and a show.
I don't get why movie theaters don't diversify.
I understand they pretty much only make profit off of the concession stand because studios rob all the ticket sale profit.
But the chain theaters especially could "easily" offer other options.
Basically turn the theater building into a mini mall:
build a restaurant that serves good food (not talking about dinner and show type restaurant although maybe offer that too)
have a gift shop (especially for the kid movies).
Take some of the massive amount of parking most of them have and turn it into a park/playground.
Hell even a small arcade.
Just other things to attract customers/offer other profit opportunities.
Overall I enjoyed the ride, but I really hate how they "Disney-fied" the Upside Down.
And just how much of a waste of screen time the military was. They were just so damn incompetent it wasn't even funny.
