LSF leaked and infected all the other subs at once. It was so obviously a planned brigade just like the Trash Taste one.

The clip doesn't really look bad. For it to look bad you have to first be primed with the narrative that DDGers provide to the clip: that he shocked the dog.

Without that priming, Hasan just looks like someone grumpy that his dog is getting up and hurting itself when it is supposed to be on its bed. I can't imagine caring about that.
