Not seems. They definitely do. That's the funny thing about treating animals properly. All you need to do is not mess around with nature and destroy the environment. Pet culture is cruel to animals and extremely wasteful of resources. Not a fan of it.
except the part where >98% of westerners pay for animals to be raised in captivity, abused and murdered I suppose.
But other than that, yeah, really valuing those animals' lives 🤗

This is making a reference to how non-veqan westerners will love 'pet' animals but turn a blind eye to how gross and abusive the animal agriculture industry is broadly, particularly in the US. Not to mention being perfectly fine with consuming those dead animals.
