The messages from "Tyler" stated the need to retrieve a rifle from a drop point, leaving it in a bush, watching an area where the rifle was left and having left the weapon wrapped in a towel, Cox says.

parents were catalyst for arrest - tyler made a bunch comments that made them suspect he was the shooter, the parents also are right wingers so shrug-outta-hecks
