Only in the US would chocolate milk be described as healthy.
I'm in the US and think OP is out of their mind calling either of these drinks healthy.
I mean, look at the calories in what its up against.
I'd say they're comparatively healthy.
Sure the menu may list a lower caloric total but this is also only a 7oz bottle of chocolate milk compared to 12-30oz of soda and both chocolate milk and apple juice (especially) are overflowing with sugar which is also bad for you.
A White Claw is also only 100 calories but I don't think anyone would argue that it's a healthy drink or healthier alternative.

Not a shill. I only order out like twice a year and was shocked there were negative prices on their menu.
Decided to get chocolate milk instead of a heart attack of ice cream, and was surprised by the price.

Sorry, I didn’t mean healthy but ‘healthy’ – like compared to the usual soda that most people get with their fast food.
Like, if you’re going to make your own salad and have a kale drink, that’s different from going to Culver’s butterburgers and shakes in the first place.
In that case, water or milk is much healthier than a triple-dipped ice cream shake, right?
You're missing the point. Chocolate sugar milk isn't healthier than cola sugar water, they're both very unhealthy. They're giving you a discount for ordering a cheaper product, and still making more money off of it.

Sorry I am not buying that bullshit. Enjoy chocolate milk, it’s delicious, but “less unhealthy than ice cream” is not sharp enough to cut. The pricing gimmick in the OP image is just marketing.
I didn’t say it was healthy, just ‘healthy’, and I didn’t say it was’t marketing, only mildly interesting.
The only thing that is healthy — the water — comes in a plastic bottle. 🤮
