if there is one, it will look like the one in germany where hitler was voted in very "democratically" with armed guards making sure you vote the right way.

Nah it won't because it wasn't actually changed now. DoD was named by an act of congress and an EO didn't do anything other than let Baby Pete call himself something so woke.
