get studded tyres for your bicycle they're legal in most jurisdictions unlike for cars. you can pull 35° corner leans and flex on cagers who are baffled as to how you're not eating shit
the lack of winter maintainance of pedestrian and cycling infrastructure also includes things like the bike parking being covered in a mountain of snow cleared from the parking lot. it's not just tires and it's really impractical if not unsafe to cycle in the snowy winter in places that don't make an effort to facilitate it.
