P.S.: Kdenlive doesn't have options to compress webp on official version from CachyOS repository, in rendering menu it's inactive. Is it normal? 40MB animation is overkill for web.

This works well in jerboa with fully animated front page preview and looks good when clicked or do you mean is it normal for the rendering menu options to be inactive? Also good meme!

Thank you. I can not choose to render it with any compression in webp format in that program.
