The guy who literally made a character in MGS V who had a literal (contrived as hell) plot reason to wear as little clothing as possible is not horny enough for them any longer
I don't think Kojima is involved in the mgsthreemake, which will be the reason they cite for the changes they're hallucinating.
Even if he was, they'd just claim he had gone "woke" since the original. They just want to complain and will always find an excuse to do so.
