Houston is hot and humid in August (used to live in Houston and NYC for a few years, loved it), but… compared to China, where many cities have reached 37-40C (98-104F) for weeks and compounded by even worse humidity, that’s like nothing lol!

This really reminds me just how lucky Americans are geographically speaking. The worst of climate change hasn’t really impacted the US as severely as it did to many other regions in the world.
