You want to make Egg Benedict to go, but don't want the cleanup? Throw it into a sand which maker, the sauce won't leak a bit. You want to make chicken bits with curry sauce? You can. Hamburgers? Salad with ceasar sauce? A simple cheese and ham sand which? Yes, yes and yes. If you wanna try you can make doners that don't leak everywhere. I'd suggest just getting a normal panini press instead, it's what every kitchen I've ever worked in has used. For a rule of thumb, the less specialized your kitchen gadget is, the more dependable it'll be.
