Not really, the admins and just about every active community on there announced a month ago that they were shutting down.

That's not really interesting. DNS changes don't propagate instantly. It's likely OPs DNS server was still pointing to the old server even though the domain redirect had already been set by the owners.
So you are the arbiter of interesting now?
