Fully expect Carney to cave and cancel the tax. All the ghouls don't like it anyways, scares the corporations away, and we can't have them threatening the economy after all. Goodness no. The austerity will just have to be 20% more expensive as a result. Sorry poor people your dental care is cancelled.
