There's effectively no difference. You can claim you're a citizen all you want, but if an ICE agent disagrees, you're not entitled to a hearing/trial to prove it.

Doesn't matter if you're born here if they don't let you get your birth certificate
you mean that fake birth certificate, ssn card, drivers license, and passport you showed them. they can spot fakes a mile away. off to renditionland.
100% of Ice kidnappings are legal US citizens until proven otherwise in a court of law.
