Example. The nearby city uses prison labor to sweep homeless camps. The prison laborers cannot refuse to sweep or else it gets marked against their jail program terms. Simply put: city managers forcing prisoners to evict the homeless. Under capitalism every business and institution gradually replaces 'free trade' exchanges into blackmail bargaining at its core. The car repo and tow truck scam companies, pay-day loans, expanding of rent deposits and lease requirements, etc.

The main unit of currency of Amerikkka is the 401k. Hiding landlords in a way that a pension fund could never dream of.

"Can't afford an apartment building? Just invest in this retirement fund that owns stock in a mutual fund who owns stock in a comany that owns an apartment building! Its like you're the landlord of your own personal unit. We take care of the scum lording and evictions, you just sit back, collect the 7% gain on your "savings", and validate our existence!"
