Well, the article didn’t publish the pictures so we can’t really tell. But in general, “pictures of a sexual nature” is not something you want your security chief to have ‘out there’ such that they could be compromised.

Like a pee tape, for example.

Oh, so the whole Grindr/gay thing doesn't actually matter. The guy disclosed sensitive info to foreign powers.

The resignation comes just months after Thyberg's predecessor in the high-profile job stepped down and was charged with negligent handling of classified information.

Henrik Landerholm announced his resignation in January as police opened an investigation after he allegedly left classified documents in an unlocked safe at a hotel during a conference.

These are not the same person. Thyberg resigned over Grindr photos, while Landerholm left classified documents unguarded.
