Holy fuck that game. Devs were warned the title alone would attract the worse types of people while making sure anyone else would lose interest. They came back with "Well it was a war of the rights of slaves, too! ๐"
Either they're really that naive about racism or they're racist themselves. I'm guessing they're just racist because they're a bunch of honkeys from Europe.
I am guessing they were sneak Nazis to begin with. Voice chat is already bad enough on its own on multiplayer games. They knew this was going to happen.
I got gifted this and invited to play by an internet friend I'd fallen out of contact with and the shame is it is a fun, innovative game. the mechanics are really interesting to incentivize actual team play in the style of battle formations and such, but it's fucking unbearable how racist everyone who plays as the south is
