Conspiracy theory 2: Trump is just doing this to pump the economy with lots of (panic) consumption so he can proclaim that his first 100 days resulted in tremendous success and is proof he is a genius unlike Biden.

This has got to be it, I really don't even think that he will implement the tariffs at all
