Look, while I'm not saying the local hub employees were right, if I associated someone with the experience of dealing with 500 cockroaches I might not be able to really mask my contempt either ๐คข
That's why I didn't judge them too harshly for the treatment. That had to be.... "not fun" to deal with for those involved.
With some exceptions, I'm not sure I could maintain my contempt for someone for two years.
