I Think they might have seen this picture already!
I am not an expert obviously so I will admit I might be wrong here, but overall I feel the likelihood is pretty low.
That doesn't mean we need to help them with their propaganda.
Even they are gonna have a hard time justifying a conviction with "b-but we saw it in a meme!", I think.
