Hi friend!

I really hope you meant MtF and not mrf (cause it's ableist af), but yeah, raising the arms can put strain on the chest muscles and the incision sites, which can slow down the healing process and increase the risk of complications according to Dr. Patrick Briggs (Mar 22nd 2023)
