My turbolib natohawk dad just went "keep your bags packed and money in your wallet in case you have to leave, the biggest shithead has just become the leader of the world" regarding Trump getting elected.
We are in Finland... wtf does he think is going to happen? How are these people real? How are these people this gone that they think the US president is the leader of the world. Unless they only count the west as "the world" (I assume it's this).
I didn't want to stir the pot by asking if nato is still a good idea or where he thinks we should go, Russia? Lol
He thinks Trump is going to give Putin permission to invade Finland. Something Putin definitely wants or ever wanted to do.
actual lol at "We are in Finland" because at first I was under the assumption you were in burgerland but I guess I should've picked up on the lack of 'keep your passport in your bag' that is included with such lib warnings here

But I am pretty sure these are the "Trump loves Putin" brainworms. These people possibly genuinely think Trump will somehow aid Putin in taking over the world and smol bean Finland along with it.
Not going to ask about this though, it pains me enough as it is to realize how gullible and dumb my supposedly smart father is.
