I can't read arabic, but that looks wrong somehow. Aren't the letters supposed to be joined together? I remember learning the sounds at one point. It kinda looks like the thai script actually.

Ye letters are supposed to be joined going right to left. Certain letter combinations will change the way the letters are written, too. It's like if they wrote "Vote for AOC!" like this:
